Všetky diskusie boli veľmi pozitívne. Vzťahy medzi Spojenými štátmi a Čínou a môj osobný vzťah s prezidentom Si Ťin-pchingom sú veľmi dobré a obaja si uvedomujeme dôležitosť udržiavania týchto dobrých vzťahov. Verím, že počas môjho trojročného prezidentovania prinesie práca súvisiaca s prezidentom Si Ťin-pchingom a Čínskou ľudovou republikou mnoho pozitívnych výsledkov.
