1 year agoPolice have just used pepperspray in MTR station near Mong Kok police station. They were surrounded by a large crowd condemning them. In the corner, the police have 1, maybe 2 people subdued on the ground and requiring medical assistance. Pepperspray and baton blows scattered the crowd
1 year agoAt both Wong Tai Sin and Ngau Tau Kok, large numbers of residents have gathered to criticize police actions: 'Black policemen, black policemen.' Police have notified them their assembly is unlawful and warned them to leave. So far, none have. Bus search on-going- appear to be quite a few detained

The host of the Tamar Park rally announced earlier that the fluorescent powder was sprinkled on protesters by police helicopter hovering above Admiralty. Apparently not easy to remove. The rally is legal through 11:59pm tonight and tomorrow 7am-11:59pm
