The U.S. and China formally signed what they're billing as the first phase of a broader trade pact
"Some 40 to 50 billion dollars in agricultural purchases secured in this deal," according to @VP
"Together we are righting the wrongs of the past," says @POTUS at start of ChinaTradeDeal signing ceremony, adding he'll visit China again in the "not-too-distant future."
